ABU DHABI, 10th October, 2016 (WAM) -- Gaston Browne, Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, who is currently visiting the UAE to attend the first economic forum of his country in Dubai, was received by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, at Qasr Al Bahr on Monday.
High Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed welcomed Browne and discussed with him ways to enhance bilateral relations, especially in economic, commercial and investment fields. They also reviewed topics of mutual interest.
The two sides expressed their willingness to increase co-operation and to benefit from the existing potential in creating long-lasting economic, commercial and tourism partnerships.
The meeting was attended by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region; H.H. Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs; H.H. Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court; H.H. Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs (ZHO); Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, Sheikhs and senior officials.
محمد بن زايد يستقبل رئيس وزراء انتيغوا وباربودا
استقبل صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان ولي عهد أبوظبي نائب القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة اليوم في قصر البحر دولة غاستون براوني رئيس وزراء دولة انتيغوا وباربودا والوفد المرافق الذي يزور البلاد حاليا لحضور الملتقى الاقتصادي والاستثماري الأول لدولة أنتيغوا وباربودا في دبي.
ورحب سموه بزيارة دولة غاستون براوني لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وبحث معه سبل تعزيز وتطوير العلاقات بين البلدين في مختلف المجالات خاصة الاقتصادية والاستثمارية إضافة إلى استعراض عدد من الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
وأكد الجانبان الحرص المشترك على تنمية وتطوير التعاون بين البلدين والاستفادة من الإمكانيات المتبادلة في إقامة الشراكات الاقتصادية والتجارية والسياحية.
